Shipping policy
Open your items as soon as they arrive and inspect for damage. If your item is damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, and a claim will be opened with FedEx. If your item is damaged during shipping, and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, we will re-send an identical replacement item at no cost to you.
We are unable to provide free replacements for items reported as damaged more than 24 hours after delivery.
