We are privacy advocates in the business of selling ceiling fans, not our customers' data.
From our customers, we collect only the most basic information necessary to process an order: billing name and address, shipping name and address, payment information, and the product(s) purchased.
We do not sell or transfer this data to anyone. The Neon Fan Company uses this information to process your order. After processing your order, we retain the information for our legal/tax records, for processing warranty claims, and in case a recall is ever issued. We do not give or sell your data to anyone, at any time, for any reason, ever.
Additionally, we pledge to NOT pester you after your sale. We do not send you spam emails trying to get you to buy more products. We won't sign you up for our newsletter (we don't have one). The only instance where The Neon Fan Company will reach out to you after sale is if a recall is issued on a product you purchased from us.
