The Neon Fan Company does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit.

To aid you in making a great purchase, we are happy to answer your questions and provide additional information about any of our products before you make your purchasing decisions.  Please contact us via text or phone call to (850) 888-FANS, or via email to neonfanco-at-gmail-dot-com and we will happily assist you.

We are happy to provide free consultations about our products.  We will work with your architect, designer, and/or electrician to make sure you're buying the correct version of our product for your needs.  Please reach out to The Neon Fan Company and wait for a final resolution before making your purchase.

We provide free technical support on all of our products.  If you are having trouble with your product, please call or text us at (850) 888-FANS and we will help you.

The Neon Fan Company backs all of its products with a warranty.  Please refer to our warranty page for more information.

We open and hand-inspect every single item we sell before shipping it to our customers.  All electrical items (fans, light kits, remote controls, wall controls) are bench-tested in our USA-based quality control facilities.  All acrylic items are carefully checked for cracks.   All chrome-plated items are checked for scratches.  By taking these extra steps, we can be 100% sure we never ship you damaged or defective merchandise.  Read more about our quality control here.

Open your items as soon as they arrive and inspect for damage.  If your item is damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery, and a claim will be opened with the shipper.  If your item is damaged during shipping, and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery, we will re-send an identical replacement item at no cost to you.  We are unable to provide free replacements for items reported as damaged more than 24 hours after delivery.

If we accidentally ship you the wrong item (a mispick), we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label to send the incorrect item back to us at no cost to you.  Once we receive the returned incorrect item, we will then ship your correct item to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT COLOR ACCURACY:

We have made every effort to provide life-like photographs of our products.  However, neon is a light source; it doesn't simply reflect light like an ordinary object.  This makes neon a challenge to photograph with true-to-life color accuracy.  You may perceive a color difference between our photographs versus neon viewed in person.  We are not responsible for this color difference, which results from technological limitations in photographing and displaying neon, as well as color-rendering variances from one device and screen to another.

If you wish to see color samples of actual neon tubes before making your purchasing decision, we encourage you to visit your local neon sign shop.  Viewing neon in person eliminates any perceived variance due to our camera and/or your screen.  The specific brands and names of the neon colors we use are listed in the FAQ section to aid you in finding the correct colors at your local neon shop.
